Please read the following section carefully as it contains the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you use this web site to purchase goods ("the Site"). 

1. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Net Driver Limited (Registered Number 11881732), whose registered address is 1st Floor Enterprise House 202-206 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, United Kingdom, TS1 3QW, under license from Green Flag Limited (registered number 1003081), whose registered address is at The Wharf, Neville Street, Leeds LS1 4AZ. Net Driver Limited is referred to in these terms and conditions as "NDL", "us" or "we". These terms and conditions are between you and NDL. 

2. Your Contract
When purchasing goods through this website your contract is with Net Driver Ltd. Goods sold on the Site are manufactured and supplied by third parties. NDL may use third party service providers to fulfil its obligations under this contract.

If you place an order to purchase Goods through the Site (“your Order”), your Order is an offer to NDL to buy the Goods selected and included in your Order. When you place an Order to purchase a product, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your Order, this email will be sent by shop@greenflagshop.com. Your confirmation e-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your Order and taken payment, but does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the Good(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the Contract of sale for Goods ordered by you, when we dispatch the Goods to you and send an e-mail confirmation to you that the Goods have been dispatched. If your Goods are dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate confirmation e-mail for each package, and each confirmation e-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate Contract of sale between us for the Goods specified in that confirmation e-mail. Without affecting your right of withdrawal, you can cancel your Order for Goods by following the cancellation/returns process detailed below.

As with the Sale of Goods Act, under the Consumer Rights Act, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. The goods supplied to you must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase.You need to ensure that you can receive e-mails from the us and we recommend you add shop@greenflagshop.com to your 'safe sender' list and you may also want to check that your online security software does not block e-mails from our email address. Should you not receive an email confirming your Order, please contact us so we can investigate and ensure your order has been placed.

3. Your Order 

Methods of Payment
You can pay either by debit card, credit card or American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept Electron cards, cash, cheques, or postal orders as payment through the Site. Orders can only be processed if you provide the card holder's name as it is shown on the card along with the postcode that appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by either NDL for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the Site during the process of placing an order.

You undertake that all details you provide when ordering or purchasing Goods are correct, that the credit, debit or charge card you are using is your own (or you have authority to use it) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Goods ordered.

Fraudulent Transactions
In order to ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will always validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases including registered Credit Reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies; these agencies may may keep a record of that information. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to such checks being made. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please view this document for further information. All information provided by you will be treated securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on the Site to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on the Site.

Goods Information
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, we are not the manufacturer of the products sold on the Site. While we will always work to ensure that information about the Goods on the Site is accurate, packaging and materials of a product may contain more and sometimes varying information to that displayed on the Site. All information about the Goods on the Site is provided for information purposes only and we would recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on the Site. You should always read labels, warnings and directions for use provided with the Goods before use.

We reserve the right to amend the descriptions of the Goods on the Site, as and when required.

Prices & Availability
Every effort is made for Goods featured on our Site to be available. However, if due to an error one of our products is out of stock or unavailable for whatever reason, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and will inform you of such and arrange an appropriate refund or recommend an alternative product to you. 

We try and ensure that all our prices on the Site are accurate, although occasionally some prices may be incorrectly listed. Should we discover an error in the pricing of the Goods you have ordered, we will inform you as quickly as possible and offer you the Goods at the correct price. Please note that we are under no obligation to provide Goods to you at an incorrect, lower price, even after acknowledging your Order. Should we not be able to make contact with you to advise you of the error, we will treat the Order as cancelled and refund you the price paid.

Unless there is an error in pricing, the price that you pay for the Goods will be those ruling at the date of dispatch of the Goods.

Prices are listed in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT. The price of the Goods exclude the costs and charges of packaging and delivery. Delivery charges will be clearly shown throughout your checkout process.

4. Delivery
NDL and/or a third-party supplier will deliver the Goods to the address specified in your Order. Please be clear and precise about your address when placing your Order.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered to the address specified in your delivery instructions. Every effort will be made to dispatch your Order within 7 working days from receipt of your Order however NDL cannot accept liability for any delivery delay.

Some products may be eligible for next working day delivery, if they are eligible and you desire next working day delivery your Order must be placed before 10am on the day of Ordering. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered within two working days. Next working day delivery is subject to an additional charge.

If you Order more than one item, then they may be dispatched separately and arrive with you at different times.

5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be set out clearly in the online checkout process.

We reserve the right to amend delivery charges from time to time.

6. Cancellation Policy
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving your Goods.

If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 0800 193 4199 or email us at shop@greenflagshop.com as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receiving your Goods. 

If Goods have already been received, you will be responsible for returning the Goods. You must return them following the instructions detailed in the Returns policy below.

If you cancel your Order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation, or we receive the item / proof of postage. In this case we will refund the price of the Goods to be returned in full.

7. Returns Policy
This section sets out your rights to return an item, or cancel an order under defined circumstances:

Unwanted Items
Should you not wish to keep an item, you can cancel your order, or return any items you no longer wish to keep, so long as you take action within the following timescales:

Within 14 days of placing your order (if your items have not yet been dispatched)

or

Within 14 days of receiving your order. If you receive items separately this commences on the day you receive the final item from your order.

To notify us of your intent to cancel or return your item please call our Customer Services on 0800 193 4199, our lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday or by emailing shop@greenflagshop.com 

You may open and inspect items from your order, but you may not use them if you wish to return them. 

You will be responsible for all costs associated with insuring and returning the items to us on time, and undamaged and you must return items within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel.

We will refund the cost of your order, within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s) or notice to cancel (where the order has not yet been dispatched). The refund will include the cost of your items plus any delivery fee charged at the point of purchase in the event of a cancellation before your order is dispatched however delivery charges will not be refunded if the item has been delivered.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of receiving your order. You can notify us by sending an email to shop@greenflagshop.comand providing the following information:

Your customer account details
Your Order number
If possible, a photo of the damage to the item and packaging

We will arrange for a returns form to be issued to you. A replacement item or refund will be issued at your request on receipt of the faulty item.

We cannot process returns without prior notification or order details.

9. Amendment of the Terms and conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions on this Site without notice to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on this Site. As these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, we suggest that you check them whenever you visit the Site.

10. Complaints Procedure
In the first instance, you need to let us know. We will always aim to provide you with a superb online service. However, there may be times when you feel that we have not done so. If this is the case, we would rather be told about it so that we can do our best to solve the problem. If you have a complaint, then please contact us and we will make sure that your complaint is considered immediately.
